Prohibited Regulated Items
Federally regulated items are not allowed on the marketplace. This includes firearms,
serialized lowers/receivers, suppressors, and other controlled components.
Listings that include prohibited regulated items will be removed and may result in account
restrictions.
1. List Accurately
- Use clear titles and accurate condition details.
- Disclose defects, wear, missing parts, and modifications.
- Use real photos of the actual item whenever possible.
2. Price Fairly and Transparently
- Set realistic prices and avoid bait-and-switch behavior.
- Do not hide major fees or terms in private messages.
- Mark sold items quickly to avoid wasting buyer time.
3. Be Respectful in Messages
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, or repeated spam.
- Negotiate directly and respectfully.
- Keep disputes factual and specific.
4. Follow Laws and Platform Policy
- Do not list prohibited or illegal items.
- You are responsible for local, state, and federal compliance.
- Moderators may remove listings that violate policy.
5. Report Problems Early
- Use report tools for scams, abuse, or policy violations.
- Include details and screenshots when possible.
- Do not retaliate publicly; let moderation handle enforcement.
