Bacon Felt Company Felt Polishing Wheels - 6/8/10" & Soft/Medium/Hard

Finest quality 1" wide felt wheels, carefully selected and factory trued (final touch-up truing may be required).

Only the closely controlled density of felt wheels will give the finish that marks the real professional.

Complete instructions are provided for the Polish-O-Ray tube polishing technique.

It is best to use a different wheel for each polish grit.

Recommended speeds by wheel size:

• 1/2 hp or under: 6" wheels at 3600 RPM
• 1/2 hp or over: 8" wheels at 1800 RPM
• 3/4 hp or over: 10" wheels at 1800 RPM (10" for experienced polishers only)

Felt hardness guidance:

• Use the soft felt for most work
• Medium or hard wheel for 555" Polish
