Forward Controls Design adapter plate designed for Glock Gen 5 MOS pistols (excluding slimline models) to securely attach the EOTech EFLX mini red dot sight to your slide.

  • Tight tolerances with front/rear fences and posts for a stable fit
  • Made from heat-treated billet 4140 steel with a black nitride coating

Note: The adapter plate includes the plate-to-slide mounting screws, but does not include the sight-to-plate screws that come with the EOTech EFLX sight.
