Lead & Steel AR-15 5.56mm Threaded AR Barrel. Machined from a GM 4150 CMV blank, this barrel is 4150 Chrome-Moly Vanadium steel with a nitride finish, dimpled for gas block alignment, and 11-point crowned. Barrels are ported conservatively. For reliability with all ammo types, use a standard carbine buffer + spring and a magazine of full-power M193/M855. After a short break-in, steel-cased ammo can be used without issue. Specifications include Caliber: 5.56mm, Threads per Inch: 1/2x28, Flutes: No. Weight: 1.15 lb. Finish: Nitride. Fabric/Material: 4150 Chrome-Moly Vanadium Steel. Compatible with AR-15 platform.
