Mitchell Defense Enhanced ArmorLube Bolt Carrier Group for AR-15 platforms, designed for 5.56 NATO and .300 BLK.
ArmorLube DLC coating, developed with US Army DEVCOM, provides exceptional wear resistance and up to 97,000 abrasion cycles, outperforming nitride and phosphate finishes. Features Carpenter 158 bolt with billet extractor and O-ring for consistent case control, and SP4-coated gas rings for extended lifespan. The 8620 M16 carrier is precision-ground for flat bearing surfaces, with a Permatex-sealed, OCKS-staked gas key. Chrome-plated firing pin and rubber extractor gasket enhance reliability for duty use, high-volume shooting, and suppressed configurations.
