Carrier Assembly
- Flared rear of the enhanced carrier designed to reduce carrier tilt during recoil
- Strategically relocates key bearing surfaces
- Made from case-hardened 8620 steel
- Includes sand cuts to improve reliability in heavily fouled guns
- Increased mass increases dwell time, improving extraction (including suppressed or short-barreled rifles)
Bolt Assembly
- “True” Mil-Spec bolt dimensions
- External surfaces CNC ground after heat treatment for precision fit
- Bolts held to tight tolerances
- “Trumpet” area behind the gas rings CNC ground after heat treatment for smoother surface to ease cleaning and improve longevity
- Made from 9310 case-hardened steel
- Bolt components shot peened and black nitride coated
