San Tan Tactical AR-15 Bolt Carrier Group for 6mm ARC featuring a black nitride finish.
The flared rear helps minimize tilt during recoil for improved reliability by optimizing key bearing surfaces. Reduced contact points help lower friction, and the increased mass helps maintain proper gas pressure and dwell time for improved extraction, including for suppressed and short-barreled rifles (SBRs).
Engineered to true MIL-Spec dimensions: the bolt is CNC ground post-heat treatment for precise fit, with critical dimensions held to .0005". The “trumpet” area behind the gas rings is precision-ground after heat treatment to reduce carbon buildup for easier cleanup and extended lifespan.
