Cryptic 6.5 Grendel - Type ll Bolt Carrier Group BCG Black Nitride is a coated bolt carrier group for AR-15, M16, or M4 platforms. Constructed from Mil-Spec 8620 aircraft-quality steel for the carrier with a chrome-lined interior, chrome-lined gas key, and Grade 8 fasteners with proper staking. The bolt assembly is CNC-machined from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158 steel and shot peened. It includes tool steel extractor with spring and Viton O-ring, firing pin chromed finish, firing pin retaining pin, and cam pin. It has been High Pressure Tested (HPT) and Magnetic Particle Inspected (MPI).
