The Armaspec Gen 3 Sound Mitigation Buffer (SMB) is a single-stage, captured, drop-in replacement for a standard AR buffer and spring. It reduces noise and friction when a buffer spring rubs inside the receiver extension (buffer tube), delivering smoother and quieter cycling. The SMB system can also reduce felt recoil, and features an adjustable spring weight for tuning performance. This Heavy (H) configuration includes the polymer base guide rod, spring, and buffer, and is made in the USA.
