MOE AKM Hand Guard – AK47/AK74. Replacement hand guard for Kalashnikov-pattern rifles with M-LOK mounting. Left-side cutout accommodates hand guard retainer plate with integral sling loop. Includes vented gas tube cover to maintain traditional AK appearance. Front lip, side extensions and stainless-steel heat shield protect the support hand during firing. M-LOK slots at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock for direct-attach M-LOK accessories or M-LOK 1913 Picatinny rail sections. Compatible with UltiMAK gas tube rail for optics mounting.
