Use

• Complete instructions are provided on the Polish-O-Ray tube.
• Use a different wheel for each polish grit.

Operating Guidance (RPM / Wheel Size)

• 1/2 hp or under: use 6 in wheels at 3600 RPM
• 1/2 hp or over: use 8 in wheels at 1800 RPM
• 3/4 hp or over: use 10 in wheels at 1800 RPM (10 in wheels are for experienced polishers only)

Felt Types

• Soft felt: for most work
• Medium or hard felt: for 555 Polish

Specs

• All are 1 in (2.5 cm) thick
• All made with 1 in (2.5 cm) arbor
• Adapters convert to 1/2 in (12.7 mm), 5/8 in (15.9 mm), 3/4 in, and 7/8 in arbors
