• Use a different wheel for each polish grit.

Speed guidance:

• 1/2 hp or under: 6" wheels at 3600 RPM
• 1/2 hp or over: 8" at 1800 RPM
• 3/4 hp or over: 10" at 1800 RPM (10" for experienced polishers only)

Wheel selection:

• Soft felt for most work
• Use medium or hard wheel for 555™ Polish
