Overview

Finest quality 1 in. wide felt polishing wheels, carefully selected and factory trued. (Final touch-up truing may be required.)

Use

• It is best to use a different wheel for each polish grit.
• Wheel speed guidance:
  • 1/2 hp or under: 6 in. wheels at 3600 RPM
  • 1/2 hp or over: 8 in. wheels at 1800 RPM
  • 3/4 hp or over: can use 10 in. wheels at 1800 RPM (10 in. for experienced polishers only)
• Use the soft felt for most work.
• Use medium or hard wheel for 555™ Polish.

Specs

• All wheels are 1 in. (2.5 cm) thick.
• All made with 1 in. (2.5 cm) arbor.
• Adapters convert to 1/2 in. (12.7 mm), 5/8 in. (15.9 mm), 3/4 in. (6.4 mm), and 7/8 in. (22.2 mm).
