Notes on roughing vs. finishing

• Roughers are 0.010" smaller in diameter than the final size.
• Do not cut the throat area when using roughers.
• Roughers help save wear on the finish reamer when cutting many chambers.
• If only a few chambers will be cut, a finish reamer is all you need.

Shank and drive

• 7/16" diameter shank with 3/8" square drive (depending on caliber)
• For .22 RF, uses a 9" round shank
