What it is

Misaligned scope rings can cause the scope tube to bend, creating distortion and a darker sight picture. Sinclair Scope Ring Lapping Tools are designed to correct misalignment between bases, rings, and actions.

What it does

  1. Align the rings first
  2. Remove just enough metal from the scope ring bearing surface to fine-tune alignment

Construction & specifications

  • Made from ground accuracy stainless stock with a tolerance of +/- .0005 inch
  • Includes lapping bars (10 inch in length) for plenty of stroke length
  • Kit options sized for 1 inch, 30mm, 34mm, and 35mm scope tube diameters
