Replaces the bolt carrier, seals the upper receiver, and provides safe and effective cleaning from the breech instead of the muzzle. The solid aluminum rod guide helps prevent throat and chamber damage, while rubber O-rings help keep bore cleaning solvents out of the lower receiver. Bore guides may exhibit small points of unanodized material at the rear end (where parts are attached to the dipping fixture during anodizing); this is normal.
