Lightened bolt catch spring for AR-15 platform designed to reduce bolt catch resistance when using softer sprung mags. Works with magazines such as the S&W 15-22 and with others like CMMG Gen2 and KRISS Defiance DMK22. This spring is a direct replacement for the stock bolt catch spring and allows reliable engagement with Catch22. There are no adverse effects from switching to the lighter spring.
