GG&G MAD Iron Sight

GG&G MAD Iron Sight is a top mounted deployable rear sight (BUIS) for AR platforms. It features four apertures, two sizes (0.073 inch and 0.199 inch) on the same plane for co-witness with optics. The aperture disc is knurled for easy selection. Small aperture diameter: 0.073 inch; large aperture diameter: 0.199 inch. Windage adjustments are made with a tactile windage knob. The sight deploys to the up position with a spring-assisted detent and folds down to a low profile. Mount body is CNC machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminum with Type III hard coat anodized black finish. The stem and aperture disc are solid billet 4140 steel with hardened wear points. All steel components are manganese phosphated per mil-spec. The MAD sight overhangs the rear of the receiver by 0.200 inch for easy deployment. NSN 1005-01-527-6333.
