Overview
The GUARDIAN is an optic mounting system featuring TRU-SEAL technology (eliminates the need for an added sealing plate) and 0-rings on mounting screws to help keep the slide watertight and protect mounting threads from moisture/corrosion.
The mount uses a STUD-LOK threaded stud/nut interface for increased thread engagement and hold-down power with increased shear resistance.
SIX Back-Up Iron Sights
This Guardian system includes SIX back-up sights (BUS) that integrate into the Guardian mount for rapid, reliable target acquisition if the red dot optic malfunctions. The sights are designed with anti-glare, anti-snag, and ultra low co-witness.
