Overview
The Timney Triggers IMPACT-AR-ST is a drop-in AR-15 trigger that delivers a crisp, clean 3 lb break and is designed to work with Mil-Spec ARs.
Construction
- Components are captive in a lightweight aluminum alloy housing.
- Hammer is wire-EDM machined from S7 tool steel for hardness and impact resistance.
- Other components are EDM cut from A2 tool steel, heat treated to Rc 56–60 for long service life.
Installation
- Installs using the rifle’s original hammer/trigger pins.
- Timney’s proprietary design helps eliminate pin walkout.
