Luth-AR .223 Complete Upper Receiver Assembly. Caliber is .223 Remington. Fluted bull barrel made from 416R stainless steel with a 1-9 twist and 1/2x28 threads. Paired to a Luth-AR A3 Flattop upper receiver. Includes MIL-SPEC bolt carrier group, MIL-SPEC charging handle, forward assist, and ejection port cover. Upper features a lo-profile gas system and a 15 inch palm-style handguard with KeyMod slots and a Picatinny top rail. Muzzle device is A2 flash hider. Finish is anodized.
