AR-15/M16 Slickside 601 Upper Receiver\n\nThe Brownells AR-15/M16 Slickside Upper Receiver mirrors the contours of the original early AR-15 upper. Perfect for Retro or reproduction builds, this upper features:\n- Correct early-style carry handle contours\n- No shell deflector\n- No forward assist\n- A1-pattern rear sight housing\n\nConstructed from 7075-T6 aluminum forging, machined to mil-spec dimensions to fit with current AR-15 components. After machining, the upper is hardcoat anodized in Matte Black to match modern lowers. It does not have M4-type feed ramps and does not recess for the 601 pivot pin.\n\nMFR #: AR-15 SLICKSIDE UPPER RECEIVER.\n\nCompatibility: Suitable for retro AR-15 / M16 builds, including Model 601, 602, 607 Carbine, 608 Carbine, 610 XM177 Carbine, GAU-5A Carbine, GAU-5A/B Carbine.
