The Battle Arms Development Authority Elite complete upper receiver is built around a billet BAD556 7075-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum upper with integral ambidextrous controls.
It features a free-float rail handguard with M-LOK attachment points at the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions, plus a full-length 12 o’clock Picatinny rail with Battle Arms signature notch cut for a clean, aligned profile.
A 16-inch 4150 chrome-moly steel barrel with a black nitride finish delivers durable, consistent performance. The system is individually headspaced with a matching 9310 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride carrier for reliability and easier cleaning.
This upper includes the BAD Rack-15 ambidextrous charging handle and an AR-15/M16 bolt carrier group.
