AR-15/M16A2 STRIPPED UPPER RECEIVER
USGI style M16A2 Stripped Upper Receiver, ready for a new Retro build.
Machined from a carry handle forging, this M16A2 Stripped Upper Receiver is compatible with standard AR-15 components, such as barrels and bolt carrier groups.
Forged receiver has a matte black anodized finish, just like later production A2 rifles.
Like the M16A2, this receiver does not have M4 feedramps. However, it is still compatible with barrels with and without M4 feedramps.
Carry handle will accept standard attachments, such as ACOGs and Brownells Retro 4x Scopes.
SPECIFICATIONS:
- Machined from A2 forging for proper profile and strength
- Forging is 7075-T6 aluminum
- Matte black anodized finish
- Standard AR-15 components and lower receiver interface, accepts standard forward assists and ejection port covers
- Accepts A2 rear sight assemblies
- Carry handle accepts standard attachments, such as ACOGs and Retro 4x Scopes
