Battle Arms Development Authority Elite upper is a billet BAD556 7075-T6 aluminum upper with integral ambidextrous controls and a free-float rail handguard with M-LOK attachment points at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock. At 12 o'clock is a full-length Picatinny rail matching the upper receiver. The Authority Elite upper is equipped with a 4150 chrome-moly steel black nitride barrel for durability and accuracy. The barrel is head-spaced to a matching 9310 steel bolt and 8620 black nitride carrier for reliability and ease of cleaning. Key features include a 10.5" barrel and compatibility with AR-15 platforms. Package contents include the Battle Arms Development Authority Elite upper, with included Bad Rack-15 Charging Handle and AR15/M16 Bolt Carrier Group.
