Harrington & Richardson M16A2 Stripped Upper Receiver in Black. This upper is stripped and ready for your AR-15 build. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with Type 3 hard coat anodized finish in black. No rear sight hardware, no forward assist, and no dust cover. This upper does not include M4 feed ramps.
